When do I get paid?
Payouts are recorded by hand once your payout details are on file. Automatic payouts are not available yet.
What counts toward commission?
Eligible subscription payments your referred organizers actually pay, excluding tax. Estimates and unpaid invoices do not count.
What happens after a refund or dispute?
Commission tied to refunded or disputed subscription money is reversed. If a dispute is later won, the held commission is restored.
How does the 30-day attribution window work?
Your link stores a referral cookie for 30 days. A new organizer account created in that window is credited to you.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are blocked by account and email.
Do co-registration or merchandise sales count?
No. Co-registration earnings and merchandise are separate from this partner program.
Can an organizer become a partner?
Yes. Any account can join the partner program while it is open.
Partner signups are opening soon.
We will open enrollment after commission terms are published. Until then, no one can join and no commission accrues.
